Global Retail Real Estate Awards (GRREAt) is an annual international professional award granted for achievements in retail real estate and retail. It has been awarded since 2019 by the Organising Committee of the Award as decided by a Panel of Judges consisting of industry professionals.
The nominees are companies, their presented retail property items, technologies and creative concepts. The Award is given out during a grand ceremony which place and time are appointed annually.
Any retail real estate or retail company can apply. The application is free. Applicants can present their own companies or projects or their partner’s projects providing they have also participated. The application forms must comply with the criteria of the selected nominations.
In 2020, the applicants of the Award are projects from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine.
On December 4, Moscow will host the Global Retail Real Estate Conference.
On the eve of the GRREAt ceremony, an international conference on retail real estate and retail will be held in the Russian capital.

A retail property with rental floorspace of at least 10000 sq. m. which is rented by at least 70% of tenants of the same consumer market share.
THE BEST OBJECT OF URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE
Urban infrastructure objects having retail section on their territory or at least 10 stationary points with a retail component.
THE BEST FOODHALL / FOODCOURT IN A SHOPPING CENTER
Retail property objects that have opened (for the first time or after reconception) a foodhall or foodcourt on their territory no later than January 1, 2019.
